“Sin Mala Uva” is the first guide focused only on the Spanish varietal wines (made from a grape variety).
It is a consolidated proyect, this is the second edition. The main novelty is that it will be a “colaborative guide” where the author, Ernesto Gallud, shared the tasting with the patrons. The first edition, which appeared in 2014-2015, was awarded the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
The guide has a direct and familiar language, it aims to attract new consumers by helping them to "start from the beginning" to know the characteristics of the wines and consolidate the skills of those already initiated.
The author is Ernesto Gallud, wine journalist and activist, leader of the Movement Vinoquedadas.com, president of several official competitions and Secretary General of the Spanish Association of Wine Journalists and Writers (AEPEV). His work focuses on the satisfaction of consumers and finding new wine lovers.
"Sin Mala Uva" it has the support of renowned professionals from the world of wine, ranging from sommeliers journalists, to winemakers, winemakers and even the general public. Also for various institutional bodies such as the Spanish Wine Federation (FEV), the Association of Journalists and Writers of Wine (AEPEV) Denominations of Origin and Schools Cata.
