What is my project about?
The REM Method is an integral and revolutionary therapeutic approach born from over 15 years of experience in emotional well-being and therapy.
REM stands for Emotional Mental Regulation, and it represents a completely new way of addressing the most prevalent issues in our society — not from the surface, but from their true emotional root.
My project is to create a therapeutic online platform that democratizes access to this life-changing methodology, allowing thousands of people to experience real and sustainable transformation.

Why am I launching this project?
Because I’ve discovered something extraordinary:
When you work on one of these four pillars, multiple related problems start to resolve themselves. I call it the “healing domino effect.”
For example, someone who comes to overcome an addiction not only achieves that goal — they also improve their relationship with food, alcohol, reduce compulsive phone use, and gain control over impulsive spending.
Why? Because these are all dysfunctional emotional regulation strategies with the same root cause.
I’ve witnessed deep transformations — people who not only overcome their initial issue, but go on to heal toxic relationships, rise from depression, discover their life purpose, and build true self-worth.
