She was born on July 18, 1991, in the Municipality of Falan Tolima. She is better known by Marche, her nick name. The joy that Marche brough home become a concern after her 7 months. Her little eyes began to leave the orbits and her face to malform. After several tests and analysis, she is diagnosed with Crouzon Syndrome. According to the Colombian Health Portal, this is characterized by the early fusion of the bones of the skull and face, this causes an abnormal form of the head, face and teeth, which, causes also Marche, burning eyes, breathing problems and allergic rhinitis



Marche has an outstanding personality. She is a very creative girl with lots of dreams to make hapen. She has accomplished some of them already. She finished elementary and secundary school and became an elementary school teacher; also, regarldess of the bittersweet challenges of life, with her health, she encourage herself to manage facing to continue her high education and got a pre-degree of Visual Arts at the University of Tolima in the city of Ibague; a career that has filled her with an immense joy, because it was her main dream.



Another decisive moment has come to Marches lifespan, the time has come for her to continue and finish a surgical process that began twenty-three years ago when she was only two years old.



In medical terms Marche’s medical procedures consist of a Frontoorbital monobloc with osteogenetic distraction in a first time, later reevaluation to perform second time ot orthognatic surgery, an operation that will last 7 hours, but it will significantly improve her health and her physical appereance, which will allow Marche to have a new and a better quality of life.



When she was a little girl; Marche. told her mon: “That, she promise herself to do her best and the imposible to get the operations that she required to change and better her life” “Mom I deserve that opportunity from the good hearted people that can help me make that dream come true, don’t I mom?”



Marche has developed a sufficien amount of strengh while living under her health condition, she has become a fighter, forcing herself to accomplish her high education. Her charm and sweetness make her cute and so loving. Every life experience that she is been through has made her very thoughtful and wise. She is also a lady of strong faith, she thinks that God is her strength in her difficult times. Marche is a great artist, she is good at drawing, and that is what she does best when the inevitable moments of pain and sarrow approach her; “I can really find refuge in my drawings, then I start to see how beautiful life is” studying arts have changed my live a great deal” she realy needs the opportunity to better her life and health quality through me and all of those willing to offer her the help and support that she is sincerely needing.



But, Marche happiness has a price and it cost about 60 million colombian pesos. The cost of the surgery she needs to have. She doesn’t have the means to afford such budge, reason why she together with her family seeks support from sponsors, entities or people to help Marche and her family to accomplish her dream.
